There could be several reasons why you have not received payment. The following items must be completed before we can process payment:
1. You must have completed and signed a W9 (If you live in the United States) OR a W8 (If you live outside of the United States). This form must be filled out in full with your personal information, not your parents/guardians.
2. You must provide us with the correct and most up to date PayPal information.
After these two things are verified, we will then be able to start the payment process.
