You need to submit a Help Ticket or got to (which is faster) that explains the exact details of what happened with your flight and where you currently are. Please include your full name, city of origin, and flight details. 

In most cases, the airline you are booked through will be able to assist you in getting rescheduled on another flight, if this was due to a delay which caused you to miss a connection. Please be sure to check in with the ticket agent/gate agent for your airline prior to submitting a Help Ticket, in order to provide us with as much information as possible. Even if you are able to resolve the issue yourself at the gate, you still need to submit a Help Ticket, providing us with your new flight information, so that we can arrange/update transportation from the airport for you.
